Strengthened national advocate for low vision

The boards of the Australian Blindness Forum (ABF) and Vision 2020 Australia are pleased to announce they have agreed in principle to combine their efforts to advocate for improved services, systems, and opportunities for people who are blind or have low vision. This will result in Vision 2020 Australia becoming the single peak body for service providers working in the blindness and low vision sector, with its efforts complementing those of Blind Citizens Australia. Parliamentary event to highlight employment inequality for people who are blind or have low vision
