Vision 2020 Australia Global Consortium

The Global Consortium is a partnership of nine Australian eye health and vision care organisations working to eliminate avoidable blindness and vision loss in the Asia Pacific region.

A Partnership Framework has been developed with AusAID to ensure effective implementation of the Australian Government’s Avoidable Blindness Initiative. The partnership building taking place under the Consortium represents the strength of collaboration within the Australian eye health and vision care sector.

The Consortium is implementing a body of work under the Avoidable Blindness Initiative which includes 14 programs across seven countries throughout the Asia Pacific region.
